Having played for 50 years I can say this is the perfect blade for intermediate allround offensive players. Speed depends on rubber selection and thickness. Flexible blade with medium sweet spot and great feeling for the ball. Great for looping and hitting close and mid distance. Lacks a bit of power away from table. ST. handle is fat and feels very nice in hand. Suggest sealing this blade when new as the factory sealing is very light. This outstanding value priced blade is for a wide range of players looking for a great do all blade. 5 Stars.
This is a very great blade for a cheap price. My coach got surprised of how good this is. It's perfect for a beginner with coaching that doesn't want to replace the blade any time soon. Control is great. The thing I like the most of this blade is the sound, when you hit with right energy the wood makes a nice sound. It's such an amazing feedback that helps to understand when stroke is right. Besides technique, it just feels good when the wood plays its "music". The only downside is the small sweet spot. This is particularly annoying in a match although it helps a lot during training to understand when the ball hits a little closer to the edge.
I returned back to table tennis recently and have been amazed at how much blades and rubbers have changed. I started with a butterfly hadraw blade, which really suited my style (penhold-allround). However, I lost the bat and have been searching for a suitable replacement. After purchasing 8 different blades and suitable rubbers, I have finally found my match. I can't believe this blade only costs so little. I am still trying different rubbers for that elusive combination but I must admit, the rubbers I currently use (Rakza Z FH and Rakza 7 BH) work really well. I can't recommend this bat enough for people.
Excellent blade for beginners!!
