Continental US Shipping

Our shopping cart automatically displays shipping fees to continental US.

Killerspin items are delivered free of charge from Chicago, IL via FedEx or USPS ground services, irrespective of order size. Shipping normally takes 2-4 business days to the East Coast and 4-5 business days to West Coast locations. Illinois customers are subject to 9% sales tax on Killerspin orders.

For JOOLA items shipping is free for orders of $50 or more. For JOOLA orders under $50 there is a $6 shipping fee. Shipping is done from Maryland, via regular UPS, and normally takes 1-2 business days to the East Coast and 3-5 business days to West Coast locations. Maryland customers are subject to 5% sales tax on JOOLA orders.

AMDT robots are shipped free of charge from San Francisco, CA via FedEx ground. Shipping takes 1-5 business days, depending on distance from CA.

Newgy robots are subject to a standard Newgy shipping fee that is indicated on the shopping cart. Newgy robots are delivered from Tennessee in around 2-5 business days via UPS, depending on distance from Tennessee (shipping to an East Coast location typically takes 2 business days). Tennessee customers are subject to 9.25% sales tax on Newgy robot orders.

Li-Ning orders ship from Netherlands, Europe for $10 via Priority Mail and take 4-8 business days. Shipping is free for Li-Ning orders over $100.

Other items are shipped from Michigan via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days to East Coast locations and 3-5 business days to West Coast locations. Products Shipping costs are as follows (please note that shipping costs are calculated on the shopping cart):

Table Deliveries

Tables are delivered via Motor Freight, like Yellow Freight or Overnite Transportation.

Killerspin tables are delivered free of charge in 5-7 business days.

DHS tables are delivered free of charge in up to 7 business days (normally 3-5 days only).

JOOLA tables are delivered free of charge in 1-5 business days.

Other tables are normally delivered in 10 to 12 business days. A surcharge may apply on Stiga/Butterfly table shipments to locations that are expensive to ship to. If there are any extra costs to deliver to your location, we will contact you for your approval before charging your credit card. You may contact us prior to ordering to ensure there are no extra costs to your location.

Next-Day/Overnight Delivery can be requested from the order form if this option is available for the items you order in Step 1 of the check out process.

Next Day Delivery would cost an extra $30.00.

If an order is received on a business day before 2:00PM Eastern Time it is normally sent on the same day. Otherwise the order is sent the following business day.

We cannot always deliver glues and liquid cleaners by overnight delivery because of federal regulations which disallow items that are considered a fire hazard to be shipped by air. Robots, nets, tables, shoes and bulk ball orders (more than 12 balls) cannot be delivered by overnight delivery.

Sales Tax

Tennessee customers are subject to 9.25% sales tax on Newgy robot orders.

Illinois customers are subject to 9% sales tax on Killerspin orders.

Maryland customers are subject to 5% sales tax on JOOLA orders.

California customers are subject to 8.5% sales tax on AMDT robot orders.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you give us is correct. There may be a $6 charge for changing the shipping address after an order is submitted.

The customer is responsible for any charges, imposed by shipping companies, resulting from an incorrect shipping address.

For JOOLA orders to PR, HI and AK there is a $8.50 surcharge for orders under $50.

For Killerspin orders to PR, HI and AK there is a flat $15 surcharge.

For Newgy robot orders to PR, HI and AK shipping is $42.00 for Robo-Pong 540 and 1040, and $64.00 for Robo-Pong 2040.

For Killerspin items to Canada, excluding tables, there is a charge of $15. Orders of 1-2 gspin DVD's ship for $10.

Rest of the world

This section describes the shipping policy for orders outside the US and Canada.

Delivery costs depend on weight and destination. The shipping cost suggested in the shopping cart is only an estimate. If your shipping costs are higher than the range we indicate on the shopping cart, we will contact you for approval before we process your order. You may also request a shipping quote before ordering.

JOOLA items cannot be delivered outside North America.

For Killerspin items we normally use First Class Mail (1-3 weeks) and there is a shipping $15 charge which may increase depending on the weight of the order. We can also use Priority Mail (4-10 days) and Express Mail (3-5 days). It is recommended that you order Killerspin items on their own to minimize shipping expenses.

For AMDT robot items we need to quote shipping manually. Please contact us prior to ordering.

For Table Tennis Master DVD's shipping is $5 via USPS First Class Mail.

Li-Ning orders ship for $5-$10 from the Netherlands, Europe. Shipping is free for Li-Ning orders over $100. Shipping within Europe is done via TNT, normally in 2-5 days. For the rest of the world, Priority Mail is used, which takes 4-8 business days.

For other items:

We use First Class Mail and Express Mail and there is a $5 handling charge for orders under $50.

First Class Mail typically costs between $9 and $20 and takes 1-3 weeks. The exact cost depends on the weight of the order. The cost to ship a blade and a pair of rubber sheets is normally around $14. We may not be able to deliver using First Class Mail to all countries, for reliability reasons.

Express Mail deliveries typically cost between $23 and $35 and take 3-5 business days. The cost to ship a blade and a pair of rubbers is normally around $25.

Shipping duration also depends on the efficiency of the postal service and customs in your country.

Any tax or duty is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

For JOOLA items, there is a 30 Day warranty against factory defective merchandise. Order discrepancies must be resolved with us within 10 days of the date of delivery. Thereafter, all sales are considered final. There is a $10 restocking fee on returns of JOOLA Shoes and $5 for exchanges.

AMDT Robot purchases are protected by 1-Year parts and labor warranty. If you are not satisfied, you may return within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee applies if the item is not damaged. Shipping cost (where applicable) is not refundable.

Newgy Robot purchases are protected by a 30-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee, a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty and a 5-Year Service Policy.

TT Matic robots may be retured within thirty days of purchase for exchange or refund if the package is unopened. The customer will be responsible for the original shipping of the robot and will be liable for a restocking fee of 15% of the original robot price.

For other items,

Li-Ning items are covered by a 2-week international free shipping return policy. Please read the Li-Ning Return Policy.

Table Tennis Master DVD's are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you do not find the DVD's useful, you may return them for a refund.

You can return recreational rackets (not combos or custom rackets), rubbers and blades within 30 days of the purchase provided that they are still sealed.

Combo rackets and custom rackets, cannot be returned.

Shoes and Clothing can be exchanged within 30 days if they do not fit.

All other products can be returned within 30 days of their purchase provided they are not used.

Shipping costs for returned items have to be paid by the customer. The customer must also ensure that returned items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.

For Killerspin items, the customer will pay a 20% restocking fee unless that product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returned goods are only allowed with a proof of purchase and prior authorization.
