I have already read a bit about Fh looping in this forum and round the internet. However, I cant seem to stop my head going up in the stroke, i.e i start off with my head down, and then almost stand up after i hit the ball. I realise the importance of waist rotation and weight transfer, but my loops still seem to lack power. Any tips to stop my head going up? This is a really frustrating part of my game that I cant iron out.
