Table Delivery Instructions

Here are some simple guidelines to ensure your table arrives safely and smoothly:

3 Important Things to Know:
  1. Delivery Location: Your table will arrive via truck with a liftgate, delivered curbside.
  2. Appointment: The delivery company will call you (or you can call them) to schedule a convenient delivery time. Someone needs to be present to check for damages upon arrival.
  3. Inspect Carefully: If you notice any damage upon delivery (which is rare), please kindly refuse the table. Let us know immediately, and we'll quickly send you a replacement.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We partner with reliable freight companies like ABF, Estes, and FedEx Freight to deliver your table safely. Shipping timeframes are shown on your shopping cart and depend on your location and the table you've selected. All tables ship free within the contiguous US. Deliveries to islands or outside the contiguous states may incur additional charges.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your table is nearby, the shipping company will reach out on the phone number given to schedule delivery or you will be given a phone number to set up an appointment. Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday during a 4-hour window (e.g., 8 am-12 pm or 2 pm-6 pm). Please note it is usually not possible to schedule a weekend or holiday delivery.

To avoid storage or redelivery fees, please ensure someone is available during your delivery appointment and that you are reachable on the phone number you provide to us.

Cancellations and Changes

We offer free shipping, but canceling after the table is on the way may result in fees. Once delivered in good condition, tables cannot be returned. However, if you refuse a table due to delivery damage, receive a defective item, or receive an incorrect table, you will be entitled to a correction or a full refund.

Changing the shipping address after shipment may result in additional charges.

Receiving Your Table

Your table comes with complimentary liftgate delivery, which means the driver can easily unload the table at the curb without needing your help.

Important: Before you sign off on the delivery, please take a moment to thoroughly check your table and its packaging for any visible signs of damage, such as holes, dents, or tears. The table should arrive securely strapped to a pallet for protection and, if it isn't strapped, pay extra attention during inspection.

If you notice any damage, please politely refuse the table delivery, even if the shipping company encourages you to accept the damaged table, and clearly write "REFUSED/DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. Make sure the driver also clearly notes this on the receipt. Please do not sign the driver's delivery receipt until you have inspected your freight. Afterward, please contact us immediately so we can promptly arrange a replacement. Accepting a damaged table absolves the shipping company of responsibility, making it harder to have a damage claim honored.

If everything looks good, simply sign and accept the delivery.

Should you discover hidden (concealed) damage after you've accepted the table, please contact us within 5 days to address the issue. Avoid assembling the table and be sure to retain the original pallet and packaging, as they'll be required if a return or exchange is needed.

If you happen to receive the incorrect table, please do not unpack or assemble it - just let us know right away, and we'll make things right for you.

What About Other Items?

Additional items like robots, rackets, rubbers, and blades typically ship separately, and you'll receive tracking information for those as well.

Optional Additional Services

Our standard delivery is curbside, but if you need extra help, we offer:

  • Inside Delivery (~$200): We'll bring your table from the curb right to your garage or front door.
  • Room Delivery ($400+): Delivery directly into a specific room, including stairs if needed. Alternatively, you can hire local movers via TaskRabbit, Handy, or Yelp for a more affordable option.
  • White Glove Delivery (RS Barcelona tables only, $350-$450): Professional setup in your chosen location, including packaging removal. Contact us before purchasing if stairs or elevators are involved.

Most tables assemble quickly (within 15 minutes without tools), but if you prefer assistance, we recommend local movers or assemblers through TaskRabbit, Handy, or Yelp.

Requesting Extra Services

You can select White Glove Delivery when adding RS Barcelona tables to your cart. For other extra services, simply include instructions during checkout:

  • Desired table location (basement, second floor, etc.)
  • Distance from curb to entrance
  • Number of stairs, if any

Please note some services may not be available everywhere or may affect shipping providers. To avoid issues, please request these services during checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Please don't pay delivery drivers directly for additional services. Transacting outside of your Megaspin order introduces liability issues in case of damage to your property or the table when the service is performed. The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage from services not requested through us.
  • Customers need to ensure that a requested service can be performed at the delivery location, such as having doorways and stairways that are large enough for delivery.
