Customer Service Representative

Location: Work from anywhere

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic customer service team on a part-time basis (afternoon, 1:30pm-5:30pm Eastern Time). As a key member of our team, you will act as a liaison between our customers and our shipping centers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with order-related queries, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns efficiently and proactively.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to manage time effectively, have an eye for detail and be passionate about helping customers.
