Customer Service Representative
Location: Work from anywhere
We occasionally seek highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic customer service team on a part-time basis during Eastern Time business hours. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a liaison between our customers and shipping centers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers with order-related inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing concerns efficiently and proactively.
To thrive in this role, candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. While knowledge of table tennis equipment is a plus, it is not required.
