Does anyone know a link to team event rules?
Oddly each round it seems that the players from the country can change.
e.g. 2006 World Team
China vs France
Wang Liqin, Ma Lin, Chen Qi
but in a later round vs Germany
Wang Liqin, Ma Lin, Wang Hao

Are the player randomly picked? Can the coach decide who plays at the last moment? How many players can be in a team to select from? Max 4? any number?
It seems that if the round isn't won in the first 3 matches 2 players that have already played are selected for the fourth match. Is it possible to use some new team-members? Who decides who plays again? Is it pre-decided or up the the coach?
