Hey there. I'm just starting to play ping pong seriously and I want to construct my first paddle. I hope you can offer some advice. I'm looking for a versatile backhand rubber/sponge with good control but that I can use to attack with if I have the opportunity. As for forehand, I want something I can use to generate a lot of spin, but which is also good for loop drives. I don't want anything too fast. I want a good all-around shakehand blade that isn't too fast or too slow. And I'm looking for all of the above from Chinese manufacturers (I can't afford the European or Japanese stuff.) Oh, and I don't want long pips, although I would consider short pips. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |
