Today we had league matches in our Federation . One of the players had one of the Palio pips one side of the blade.First We all put the bats in Enez.Than one of the players accused the player who had Palio rubber to be playing with frictionless rubber.Really this Palio rubber seemed to be frictionless or let's say low friction.In fact it is a legal rubber according to both list 29 and 29 B of ITTF approved rubber lists.The owner of the rubber said that the friction of this rubber is above 25 mN and anybody who didn't agree with him must bring Friction test machine. After spending an hour to this matter ,the player played with that rubber and lost the match he played.I think ITTF must find solutions to this problem either cancel this fiction limit or find cheap friction limit measure machines because if you put the rubber under the sun for a week it will become frictionless.
