The blades are the same, except the bomb has a layer of cork in the middle. That slows it down a touch and gives it more dwell and flex. I personally think the stiffer 6030 is still soft enough in the core to provide enough flex and dwell without the feel of the cork. I know others prefer the bomb. If you don't like thin handles, you definately want to go with the bomb. Both are great blades for the $, esp in a combo deal. |
