A good defender should have quite strong legs and very fast feets,,so he can keep up with the fast moves especially backwards/forwards, and to get in the right position to make the chop,,mostly chop the ball late so he could increase the spin much moore and mostly place the ball short and low ((I use regular backside on both wings so therefor better to take it late)),, of course the def. some times had variation in his spin,, when running forward to meet a short ball, then he must had lot of variation, some times another heavy chop or a loose LOW overspin or even a loose lob overspin deep into the attackers bh side a few times,, if he is lazy he wont go around ,,so he will miss it,(mostly or hit a not so hard bh,usually), this is the only BASIC game.. to play secure and try to force the errors from the opponent,, but u wont win much games in that way, so then u also had to kill the ball easy when the chans appears ... .... |
