I'd say the Pf4-1 is a heavy rubber no doubt, and it's slower than the Chop, less spinny but not by much, but better for loops, but not great. A very nice chopping rubber on a budget, save your money and get it instead of chop (gcollins swears the chop lasts a lot less time than pf4-1) but I have yet to see that.

But if you want a serious defenders rubber for spinny serve,chop chop chop play I'd get tackiness (if you dont mind the extra cost).
