Medium pips, as the name suggests, is inbetween long and short pips, and has a combination of the effects of each rubber. Basically its gives the user a rubber with a less profound long pimple effect, but is easier to hit with than standard LP's.But it doesnt have the speed+spin of a standard SP rubber, and doesnt have as good spin reversal as normal LP's. Good for hitters who want to add a bit of deception into the game |
