Get your right foot under the table and your head over the ball. Begin the stroke with your elbow low and with the bat under the bounced ball. Roll your wrist up and push forward inparting t'spin and forward thrust. Take your time and stay with the shot until the ball has gone. Dont try to rush your body back out, play the shot and them recover. Head over the ball and right foot under the table. |
