| hi Backhand.......I watched a lot of videos on backhands and realized my technique was flawed.....I was using all wrist and not bringing my forearm forward so I practiced in my basement for a few hours and it seems to be coming along pretty good......I bounce it on my table then hit the BH when the ball is about an inch or so above the net I can get 80% of them in now compared to probably 40-50% with my other technique it's like night and day........more work needed to get it so it's second nature but I am on the way now |
