I think the Desto range is quite good in terms of the speed and spin that they generate, but I would only recommend them on an off or off- blade cause if your blade is too fast then you'll have problems keeping the ball on the table. I think Desto F3 is probably the best choice if you want to put it on a fast blade cause it has a soft sponge and it loops very well, it has the best control/feeling out of the Desto range.
