I can tell you how ppl in Bulgaria make their speed glue and i can assure you its at least 75% as good as original speed glue.We mix India rubber (caotchuc) with toluen ( i am not quite sure whether thats the name in english but its a chyemical term so i guess it ought to be the same).So to the point , mix these two in the right proportions and you get speed glue that stands up to original speed glue perfectly.
