Yeah, to me tackfire is an offensive rubber that people go with a thin topsheet on so they can still chop and defend with it. Pf4-1 is barely fast enough to attack at all. You would have to be able to slam straight through the ball standing right above the table to put it away with pf4. On the other hand, if you're at the table and someone rifles a ball at you, you're more likely to be able to chop it down without it soaring if you're using pf4-1. |
