OK ,Therefore ,please explain me why tuning was bammed for the players and free for the manifacturers if ITTF really does not want to change the characteristic of the rubbers.If the players do, the characteristic of rubber changes but if the manifacturers do ,chacteristic of the rubber deoes't change.The real reason of banning boosters and tuners for the players is this-In fact World Health Organisation(WHO) has forced ITTF to ban VOC glues because they are really harmfull for the health of the users.It is a fact that VOC glues have shortened the life of the rubber.So after banning VOC glues the players will start to use tuners and boosters which will nearly give the same effect but do not shortened the life of a rubber as much as VOC glues.So because of this ,the sales of the manifacturers will decrease.In order to make a favour to manifacturers ITTF will ban boosters and tuners to force players who want speed to buy factory tuned rubbers and as a result punish the players ,as if they are responsible to all these bans.That's all
