well warm ups are all the same as long as they warm up right? usually at my practice,ppl are always comin like 30minutes early to rally and play abit,when the section is going to begin i recommend a small run for beginner players,or like a small warm up game,such as keeping a ball on the paddle or bouncing it while running lines or something.Beginners usally dont fall into really harsh warm ups like 100 laps around the gym,so keep them motivated with something such as candy for winning a game :) After the warm up,do a few stretches with them that will stretch their legs and arms and knees for about 3-5 minutes. |
