These expensive manufacturers need to realise that now we have the internet and we live in a worldwide market people are able to try the cheaper brands and they are finding little or no difference in quality. As the availability of high quality chinese rubbers increases, less and less people will be forced to be ripped off by the greedy euro/jap manufacturers and I will enjoy the day when they realise that they must change their pricing policies to compete.
Many of the rubbers that the euro/jap manufacturers produce have had very little money spent on them at the development stage and they do often just slightly modify existing rubbers and then re-name them or re-name it because it has a slightly different sponge. At least chinese companies are honest about this.
