Hi Rolly, Is this what you were referring to? If so, I have a question for you. On the bicycle wheel, am I aiming for the top of the wheel (stroking forward) or the back (stroking up)? Or somewhere in between? Thanks! "looping is just like rotating a bicycle wheel with your palm but the position of the bicycle is inverted, that is,the handles are resting on the ground. The position of your body is more sideways rather than facing front,so that your swing comes almost from your back crossing your front body.try to aim the tip of your racket to the tip of the net while doing the swinging motion.this is only for looping no spin and topspin balls; you have a more different racket position in looping underspin balls.try to practice and practice so that you will adapt to the movement" |
