Friendship 729 Super FX is very tacky, not too fast, offering good control. And not expensive. A classic (but more expensive) one is Butterfly's Tackiness C (with the C standing for ... Chop). This one is mostly used on back hand. It's been around for many years now, and that's with a very good reason.
