Mincon was a USA based blade manufacturer back in the late 80's early 90's during the same time as ASTI was around. Both companies are no longer around. Mincon specialized in carbon blades that were fast, faster, and fastest. They were also in general fairly stiff with a hard feel. I'd suggest pairing it with medium to softer sponged rubbers.
