From what I heard, Darker is famous in Hinoki blades. I have five Darker blades and satisfy with all of them.
10mm CPL is limited edition (which CPL realy used). If you have dealer works with you, you may ask him to locate one for you; Have you ever buy from iruiru.com/e in Japan ? I just got a shipment this morning, took only 4 days. I know nothing about this blade, only saw one on display in Taiwan once. The price was about US$200.
I also checked the dimensions of my Rorin, and it is only obout 1mm shorter than PCL. If you get a chance, why not try it. You can get rorin in the U.S. It is harder, heavier, and much faster than PCL, but so so contral. Even Rorin is on the harder side of hinoki,it may be still softer than most composite blades.
