Bah,in training i have something weird goin on,one of my coaches says he knows good players that use 100% body(hips,weight shift) to attack,yet when i do use it i feel that im always using 100% full power with arms and body,when i want consistancy at 60% power,any tips on what to do?i feel that when i lower the power,my real game play doesnt come out,such as really weak spin and speed with low control. |
