Personally, I have played with Tackiness C extensively, and the sheets that I used did not retain their stickiness for longer than a month. After that the sheets were no better than the rubber you get on pre-assembled bats at Big 5.

Tackiness D seems to hold up a couple weeks longer; then it's done.

Most of the Chinese rubber I've played with has been able to retain its ability to spin even after the surface stickiness was long gone. And it costs about half as much as the Euro/Jap stuff.
