I have two Stiga Energy blades. Both are nice, but probably on the fast side of ALL+.

They are pretty light, with a medium stiff feel.

Donic, Avalox, Nittaku, Butterfly, Friendship 729 heck - everyone makes blades in this speed range.

I think this speed range is a touch fast for beginners, but fast enough, but with adequate control for most anyone else. You could, and most of us have, do worse.
