I don't know whether you were looking for comments on your forehand technique or not? But here are some anyway:
Consistency is pretty good. You seem to hit the ball before it is level with your body which will cause a lack of power (and consistency as you look for more power). This could be caused by the unorthodox thumb position and an inability to achieve the right bat angle if the ball travels further? Try to avoid turning your wrist over in the followthrough and sometimes the followthrough almost seems to finish with the bat travelling downwards, increasing the recovery time.
Do you have the same thumb position for backhands?
