Keep you defensive blade.From your description your style is on defensive side so both Grubba blade and your Defence 2 blades seem appropriate. Vsg-2000 sounds way too fast for that style. Other option would be to go for a combination blade (like Stiga Hypertech). My advice - swing harder with your forehand and keep the slow blade. Unless you want to change your style for more offensive and learn consistent FH/BH looping/blocking you would be better off with slow blade.
