I am unrated due to rural location, but play 1400 rated
players, who travel to tournaments. I think the windshield wiper stroke, aka
known as the L to R and the R to L pull, causes enough sidespin arc to keep the return on the table and the speed of the return seems to automatically vary. The backhand and forehand flick also seem good, but maybe are not as consistent.
