I'm not sure if I get your point?,but, if you want to make more effects between your paddle sides u should flip(change?) so u'r Bh and Fh uses both sides of u'r paddle.But I don't think anyone uses both sides to 100% on each side(BH andFH) cause that would mean a hole lot more of training on both sides to master each rubber on both sides at the 100%.No you had to have a steady position that means u have mostly one rubber at one side,witch I think most player have stars or amateurs....hope I get it right... |
