alex, what exactly do you mean?are you overshooting the table,hitting the net or just miss hitting the ball?looping is just like rotating a bicycle wheel with your palm but the position of the bicycle is inverted, that is,the handles are resting on the ground.The position of your body is more sideways rather than facing front,so that your swing comes almost from your back crossing your front body.try to aim the tip of your racket to the tip of the net while doing the swinging motion.this is only for looping no spin and topspin balls; you have a more different racket position in looping underspin balls.try to practice and practice so that you will adapt to the movement |
