Sounds like any of the standard shakehand handles would work well, which is probably similar to what you're using now. The handle shape really does not make much difference in the performane of the blade, it mainly personal preference. I would suggest to get one of the cheaper chinese blades such as friendship. Go for an all-wood OFF blade with 729FX rubbers. This should give you heaps of spin, decent speed and good control. Try those for a while and see how your game progresses
