From what ive heard, its not very good, and doesnt really simulate the speed glue effect. Id steer clear of it.

Jed: Ecolo expander is designed as a sort of 'permanent speed glue effect' glue . You apply it when you first get the rubber, and leave it to dry for a couple of days, and then in theory, you should never need to glue the rubber again. In reality though, this doesnt really work.
