Thanks for the advice Tim, So I guess I should be gluing twice now. (Do I wait for 10 minutes for it to try then re-apply?) its a pretty soft sponge (729 supersoft), and the speed glue effect was very noticeable the first couple of times....I tried picking the glue off, but no luck I just get sponge coming off.....Maybe when the sponge is more saturated it will work.....
