I have talked to some tabletennis players who play in higher leagues in sweden and no one has heard of this.

I have also read on the sweden tabletennis association and there it says that you can nolonger play with frictionless pimps after 1st of juli.

So i honestly don't think you can play with frictionless pimples in sweden nolonger.
