Compared with the ST Super Stop, this one has much more rubber; I got it in 1.5mm and it is slower. It has a bit of friction and allows you to attack a little more than with the SStop. It fulfills its function of changing the rhythm of the game and I don't notice much disruption in the balls I return, but it still complicates things for the opponent. It seems a bit easier to handle to me, but I still need to put in more hours of training

very nice Anti, very light, dampening sponge is very disruptive, can also do topspin/drive like attacks with it against underspin which are very deceptive because the ball drops down suddenly. Great first anti.
