FAQ: Does Megaspin sell Japan-made Butterfly blades?
Some Butterfly blades like Korbel and Grubba are produced in factories both in Europe and in Japan, so they exist in 2 variants. When a Japanese blade has a Europe-made version, we always carry the Japanese variant. Other blades like Butterfly Timo Boll Offensive are only made in China so we cannot carry a Japanese variant of these blades.
FAQ: Do Butterfly blades come pre-sealed?
All Butterfly blades come pre-sealed from the factory. There is no need to add blade sealing but you may if you require additional protection.

Modern playing style need to be able to play strong in forehand and backhand so in my engeneer opinion, it need a balanced blade. Not head heavy beacause of the problem in backhand, except for pro players who have strong physical abbility. Now i want to speak about outer or inner carbon blade. inner give you more flexibility but it give a catapult effect which is a problem for me. Why ? Because a blade have to do what i want and not playing differently on slow or speed ball. So a linear power dont have variation and i can be sure of the result. So outer carbon blade are more usefull. Is it difficult to control? The control of a blade is the result of wood quality and properties. To much flexibility it's a problem to be precise. ZJK ALC has dwell time but it is linear. Well balanced near the handle.
Now, what about the rubber you pared with? Modern style need medium-hard or hard sponge with elasticity on top surface. Is it too hard? No. A correct technical gesture and footwork is the write way. Sorry but material is not paliative solution. Work hard and work better ! Now with an Off blade, you have to pared with off rubber like Dignics 09C, 80 or 05. Tenergy was good for old balls and old playing style.Hurricane are good option. Hard sponge are more precise, linear and able to produce amont of gears. Now be carefull about the weight. Your paddle need to be well balanced and don't make you injuries. ZJK is a vascaria structure but... with an absolutely top control. Amazing control with D09C and D80 in 1.9mm. All players who tried this setup was disturb because the control is a beast. Speed too but it make the speed you want . These player see immediately the diference with soft rubbers. Now the ball feeling! I have never had a similar return of ball informations. I played before with Franziska ZLC and ZJK ALC need a better wrist relaxation. A masterpiece from Butterfly!
