Not as tacky as it claims, just grippy. An 8 dollars milkyway rubber is 3 times more tacky than this neo3 rubber.using it is easy to overshoot the ball where you don't want to. The sponge supposed to be medium but feels like a rock. Will not get this again.
If your looking for grip than this rubber is for you. Tacky sheets requires you to have a very good technique. Therefore, not for beginners and intermediate players as it require perfect strokes. Not fast, but not slow either. Great for close to the table fast attacker. If you are practicing to improve technique I highly recommend. It requires consistent cleaning due to tackiness attracting dust. Should clean after every use. I think it's a great rubber for the price and fairly durable.
This rubber is awesome quality chinese rubber if spinning is your forte. The price point just perfect and good for practicing chinese playing style.
