With Andro's TIMBER Line, they rely on the pure performance of natural wood and veneer structures. In the layer structure they differentiate in 5 or 7 layers. With Timber 5 the ideal entry into the competition area is possible, with moderate speed but high control rates thanks to maximum ball feeling. Timber 7 blades offer more hardness and are a suitable alternative for variable topspin players who prefer to hit the ball with a pure wood racket.
The Andro Timber 7 OFF scores points through balance in all areas.
Seven layers of wood create a feel that is slightly harder than traditional 5-ply blades. More direct power, less vibration provides properties appreciated by more and more top players.
Pleasant weight balance between head and grip area, perfectly dosed speed for a punchy offensive game.
Andro Timber 7 OFF builds the base for your topspin game close to the table and from shorter distances.

Not a very hard, fast blade but works very vell with offensive rubbers. Generates spin well enough. It has lots of feel and control. Much better compared to some Tibhar or Donic blades i've tried in the same price range in that sense. It vibrates a lot but if you want to feel the contact this blade does it so good. It is a bit heavy and the weight seems to be evenly distributed. It can be tiring for the arm after some time due to that weight. There are better options for a more offensive powerful blade but if you are looking for some control and feeling this might be the one.

This blade seems to be Andro's version of TSP SWAT. The wood plies used in this blade are so similar, that I may safely say, that those are identical between the two blades. Heat treatment is visible on all of the plies, except one pair surrounding the core ply. The vibration created by the ball contact on the Timber 7 feels a little bit different compared to my sample of SWAT, and the sound is also more hollow (maybe this blade is a bit more cooked). But overall, the playing characteristics are also seem to be identical, which means, that with slower rubbers, this blade is perfect for beginner/intermediate players, but truly offensive rubbers will be necessary for more advanced play. As TSP SWAT is rebranded as Victas and got a price bump, this blade has clearly better price/performance ratio.
