The rubber adopts special concave design on the top of pimples which is contrary to traditional design. The special pimple strengthens friction and sensitivity. The rubber has abundant elasticity with soft and flexible sponge. It can express power quickly and reduce wasted energy. The rubber creats a power ball flight and can offer controlled arc. It is for offensive play.

DHS Sharping is pretty fast medium pimples with very hard sponge. They can generate average amount of spin and excellent for FH attack and BH side-chop-block. You can receive any service with these pimples without any issue. Deception with these pimple comes from hard sponge. Passive blocking gives opponent a trouble because trajectory is low and ball lands shorter than expected, whereas active blocking sends ball fast in low trajectory also making it difficult for the opponent to adopt and return ball back. Attack is good on FH. These pips let you counterattack loops without any complications. Technique to hit the ball with medium pips is different comparing to inverted rubber and need to be practice before you get confident attacking with these pimples.
Note for defensive players who are experimenting with pips and want to try medium or short instead of long pimples: chopping with 2.2mm can be done, BUT I would recommend to use medium pips with 1.5mm sponge. It will give you more control and tactical advantage. Unfortunately, DHS Sharping comes with MAX sponge of 2.2mm. Since I am using pips on my BH side I would love to play with these pimples in 1.5mm thickness to have slower pips (LESS SPEED) for better defensive capabilities like chopping and BH attack, for example.
All in all, DHS Sharping are nice pips for offensive player that win points with FH attack using BH block and its variation to achieve this goal.

Super fast rubber, and hard to control since the ball barely spins when you attack.
The pips are hard and repel the ball with great speed also thanks to the 2.2 poreless sponge (i would love an inverted rubber with this sponge)
Chopping is useless, so I recommend this rubber for expert pip players who play close to the table and have good forehand attack..
The pips break so easily is not even worth it.

I`m ex both wing sh looper and from 5 months playing with SP on BH. The sponge is medium, the pips almost cylindrical and harder than most pips i`ve tried. I have no complains from their playing characteristics only the durabbility( cut in pips base after ~40 hours of play) and cosistancy ( different sheets i`ve used 3 for now and all of them has different hardness). I`ve used also Xiom Vega SPO, Spectol, Spectol Blue, Palio WP 1013 and preffer Sharping on my BH.
Note that they are for people who knowns how to use pips they would not do the job for you if you play passively because they are pretty fast and has grip more than average pip.

This is not a medium pips. I measured them with a comparator. They are the same length as the palio pips I usually use. They are cylindrical rather than a wide base. I changed to try and find something better to use with the new ball. On a very fast penhold carbon wood they produce a very dead disturbing short block. Hitting and blocking is not as consistent as other ( palio) short-pips-rubbers. It seems to produce a little more spin than other pips, but generally I am not a spin player. I've had good feels against 1900 to 2200 players but the real problems with this pips is that after 3 sessions there are cuts at the base of some of the pip, probably because the base sheet is thin and the pips are flexible. Otherwise I think these are actually pretty good
