It helps keep all my rubbers clean and dust free (especially my chinese rubbers). Its a good investment especially if you use tenergy rubbers (being that they are so darn expensive)
I have been using this cleaner for a year now and for me, it is better than soap and water. I cannot compare it to other products on the market so I gave it a conservative 4. After tine, the sponge turns toward black in color and the sheen of the bat's rubber dulls but, still remains grippy.
