Nittaku Hino Blade 5.22
The Nittaku Hino Blade 5.22 is a fast offensive blade. It is flexible and great for continuous attacks.
Made with the finest Kiso Hinoki wood, which on average is aged 300 years. This wood was used for building traditional Japanese palaces, and is well known for being flexible yet firm.
Due to the lightweight Hinoki wood, this blade does not feel heavy at all.
The special Kiso Hinoki wood is combined with 4 layers of high elasticity carbon fiber, located very close to the top Hinoki layers, for high performance table tennis play.
Recommended for advanced level players. Made in Japan.

Reviews of Nittaku Hino Blade 5.22 (3)
Having previously read reviews about this racket base, I took a risk because the manufacturer's information warns that this racket base is not intended for intermediate players, it was supposed to be the fastest of the Nittaku rackets.
This racket really has speed, but there are even faster racket bases.
Nittaku Hino 5.22 has become my favorite table tennis racket base from today. Enough speed with good control and maneuverability! I like the control and maneuverability of this racket base, you direct the ball where you want, block the opponent's topspin where you want. A real weapon.
I use Xiom Omega VII PRO (max) under the forehand and Xiom Jekyll&HYDE C55 (max) under the backhand.
Both rubbers are good.
The blade creates a low arc on the balls unlike all wood hinoki only blades due to the carbon layer and thus very dangerous balls but the trajectory is long so caution is needed when finishing a ball, otherwise it will go long.
The ball contact point is crisp due to the carbon, yet still provides good dwell time from the hinoki. Due to the moderate flex of the blade, it will have a lot of power from half distance where it can create dangerous low trajectory spinny topspins while having a very nice and controlled touch in the short game (albeit a somewhat muted feeling during serves, serve return feels good though).
