Victas VJC>07 Sticky Extra is a modern offensive hybrid rubber that takes the characteristics of sticky Chinese style rubber and combines it with European sponge technology. With the harder Japanese sponge texture, 07 sticky extra is a perfect combination of control and speed. Hard-hit balls with high acceleration deliver tons of speed which will put your opponent under enormous pressure. The Chinese, slightly sticky top sheet of VJC>07 Sticky Extra opens up a new dimension of spin and unbelievable serve-and-return quality and control in blocking.
Victas VJ>07 Sticky is part of the Victas 07 Challenge Series of Rubbers. A complete set of high-quality rubber line designed to meet the needs of the modern-day offensive table tennis player.
Made in Japan with a Chinese topsheet.

One of my favorite rubbers from Victas. Similar to H3-50 but lighter and more durable, and available in 1.8 if you want even more control (at the expense of speed). More linear than H3-50 too. A good introduction to sticky, Chinese surfaces. Quite forgiving. I use it to train my "Chinese-style" game on a Victas FireFall VC, on both sides. Lots of control and spin at short distance. Long distance game lacks power as well as smashes. If you want more speed and precision at long distance, Triple Extra or H3-50 are a step up (and are cheaper).

Good rubber excellent control. Good for table game can dig in to a push. Good spin on serving. Loops are good. Spin loop or loop kill. I just like a harder sponge and a more tacky top sheet. This is a very good rubber just not what I was looking for.

I was in a long time search for a rubber, which can be really considered as an upgrade. Now I found something quite exceptional (and my current favourite). As a brief summary, this is not the easiest rubber to play, as it takes noticeably more physical effort to play in its full qualities (compared to all other 07 series rubbers), but if I put a decent amount of work into my shots, this rubber is very rewarding. On first inspection, the tackiness of the rubber topsheet is obvious, but only to a slight/moderate extent - still, regular cleaning is recommended. The topsheet of the red rubber is translucent, and has a very appealing bright red tint. It feels only a little bit soft, which gives good feedback of the ball contact. The sponge is light beige colored, and has a dense texture with small pores. During the break-in, it felt a little bit harder than specified, but now it is spot on. On light touch shots, the ball bounce feels definitely suppressed, so playing defensive shots and short balls is easy, except chopping, where I feel less margin for errors. The rubber has a remarkable top speed once the sponge is properly employed (the tension there feels just right), resulting in a large overall dynamic range. Brush looping is a bit more difficult with this topsheet and sponge hardness, but the tackiness helps here noticeably, allowing nicely arced shots and high quality serves. Despite the tackiness, sensitivity to incoming spin is rather low. To my biggest surprise, this rubber lets me do a wide range of offensive strokes (active blocking/countering, power looping, smashing) with exceptional stability and efficiency. The arcs are fairly low, fast and spinny then - still, the control in placement is outstanding, which lets me do many priceless winner shots. Once I trained myself for this rubber, I always go for these, as this rubber makes me a real beast. (I use MAX thickness on both sides of a PimplePark Pila blade, which pairs up well with this rubber.)

Rubber tested on lgy ALC Rubber is one for the best blocking rubbers I've tested. It's low average speed, medium high throw angle and soft but tacky top sheet makes it extremely easy to place the ball wherever you want. Tacky top sheet makes spinning up backspin super easy. However, don't expect to hit any outright winners, this rubber lacks speed. Chopping is also difficult as the throw angle is too high. Durability seems pretty good after 2 weeks, just remember to keep the plastic sheet that it comes with to maintain the tack.
