Super blade. Even though normally I like 7 ply wood more this is incredible blade. Played well with dignics 09c. And played super well with rakza 7 Soft. Speed a notch more of viscaria. Control much more I would say. Better spin; maybe Limba wood and better dwell contribute to that spin. Better feel in my opinion than viscaria. I liked it more than viscaria. If you can still find one - go for it. Well worth it.

I think my search for "The Blade" is over. At least for my style of play. If i could characterize this blade in two words, its Spin & Control. I have tried countless amount of blades in the past, as i am a Equipment Junkie. Some of the more well known blades are, TBS, Yinhe Pro 01, Andro Temper tech all+, Viscaria, Sanwei Froster ex-c, to name a few.
This blade has so much control + Spin. on my fh i have Hurricane Neo 3 boosted and bh i have Yasaka Rakza Z. Throw angle is high with the ALC side with my H3 Neo. it has so much spin , long dwell time, making the arc pretty high. I had to adjust my angle a bit cuz of higher arc, but nothing serious. Compare to Viscaria you get more dwell, slightly higher arc, more spin, more feeling, but less crisp feedback. Speedwise i think its as fast or a tad bit slower than Viscaria. But take that with a grain of salt, becuz its been a while since i've played with Viscaria. But for my play its overall better than Viscaria.

On the back hand you get so much control. I can hit hard and it will stay on the table. Unlike whats known to everyone, with this blade the ZLC side is slower and has more control. BH on this AZXI is on par with Viscaria, just a little slower and duller feeling. You get more control than Viscaria. I think the speed being slower than Viscaria is probably due to Rakza Z being a slower rubber than what i was using on Viscaria, but at the same time i do still think it has better control. If you choose a faster rubber you will have no problem ending a point with a kill shot. I choose to play with a slower rubber for control.

Serves are very good with excellent spin. its not too bouncy on short game, so you can hit a short drop shot with good placement. This blade is the best blade i have played with when it comes to short game for me.

If you are a spin oriented player that is looking for a very controlable blade thats not too fast (like lower side of off but not -off) this is it. I got the straight handle and for my smaller hands it is perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SPIN GAME.

Amazing blade. The blade mentions that ALC is power, and the ZLC is control. For the ALC side I used a boosted Battle II, and it is nearly perfect. In short game you can do everything as easy as an all wood blade, there's a lot of feel and precision. With harder strokes you can definitely feel the speed of the carbon but it adds up just right, it's not too fast nor too slow and always very spinny. For the ZLC side I used Tibhar Quantum X pro. You dont get as much bounciness as the ALC, even on harder strokes. It feels very firm in the blocking area, and it's fairly easy to do flicks. I find it diffucult to play powerfull and spinny shots simultaneously but that might be my technique. I like it very much overall, you can do loops like Ma Long with this on FH, and on BH you can barely miss and still do pressure with decent speed, amazing control and slightly deceptive spin variations

Hi all... I am using this blade for a year already with Xiom Jekyll & Hyde V47.5 on ALC & Xiom Jekyll & Hyde V52.5 on ZLC... It's amazingly played better than my BTB ALC... Really awesome blade with that combination of rubber... Worth investing...
