Yesterday was the first time I had a chance to play with the new Bryce rubber. There was a lot of hype about this rubber, and that is pretty much it. If you are a Tenergy user, do not even bother trying this rubber.
Pros of this rubber: looks nice, fast
Cons: not enough spin, weird feel, hard to play with, hard to open up.
I am very disappointed in this product. You need to hit every topspin/loop with extra effort and make sure your technique is 100% or you will hit into the net. Tenergy is better in every aspect (and is not that much slower).
Looks like this new Bryce might need to be boosted to play better.
Do not spend your $ on this rubber if you are using Tenergy. If you are Bryce rubber user or never have tried Tenergy - you might be ok.

Excellent at punching for my RPB. I'm not that big of a fan of looping with my backhand when playing penhold so after studying Ma Lin/Liu Guoliang's occasional backhand punch, I found to like that instead.

Great for up close to the table and does have the ability to generate spin. The sheet feels like a softer/springier version of a T-En 05/25/64. Love it for that quick answer to someone looping a ball that I pushed long to their backhand side.

Faster than all Tenergy. Not a lot of spin, not for looping.

The rubber is the fastest in the butterfly series as said in the butterfly site. Well, because of that, this rubber has little dwell time, but easy blocking. Like it on the BH, Grips the poly ball well and good in close to the table and mid distance. Away from the table is a bit harder cuz of its medium throw angle.

need to pair with single ply Hinoki blade to brings out the power and spin.
spin is quite well, not low.
Can serve a fast spin ball.
blocking and drive is very fast.
Very good if pair with correct blade

very fast rubber I ever used among T05, T64, MXP even Bryce Speed. If you remember the Ryu Seung Min's pe! rformance of 2004 Olympic game, this rubber can play as well without fast glue. The only and most drawback is you have to speed up your footwork and grip the ball accurate or the ball will fall down...

This is my first rubber that i bought when i started to play table tennis. I have used this rubber on my BH and FH on T. Boll offensive new wood. I can only say that this rubber is very very fast with wood blade, i can only imagine whats the feel with carbon blade. This is no blade for beginers and people who want to learn table tennis. From my own exp. It is very hard to learn looping with this rubber cause it has really short dwell time and ball hits the net almost allways even you do your shot correctly. Really small error margin, you have to know what are you doing with this rubber all the time. But, this rubber is super good for blocking, bloks are so fast, fast like you are smashing ball. Rubber is verry sensitive to spin but it ca not generate so much spin like T05. It is fun to play with this rubber but it is expensive toy. Pros. Smashing, Blocking...Cons. Looping, control. My verdict 9! Gl all TT players

Update 26Jun22. This rubber I have on H301 for Rpb. This works much better than on harder composite like YEO7. Speed enough to kill. I struggled to lift back spin on YEO7 but on H301 it lifts well enough. I feel this rubber plays more reliably on more flexible blade. Harder composite blade make this rubber harder to control due to its enormous speed you either overshoot or hit net low throw angle. Can actually collect decent spin with this H301 set up. Rating change to 9.3 from 8.3

Very fast rubber with less spin than other rubbers.

Very good, but as a spin-player, there is nothing to collect here.

Blocks feel magical with this rubber.... No effort required..... Backhand rubber no doubt.

Producing spin is VERY do-able but because the sponge/topsheet is so springy, there isn't enough time to allow the ball to stay on the racket and let you produce spin, therefore, backhand flicks require more speed.

Furthermore, flicking with this can be difficult as any spin on the ball will grab the rubber and shoot in the way it wants to go (super sensitive rubber).

Looping requires a vertical motion at roughly uhhhh 80 degrees??? Does well with punches too!! Its fun blocking/punching with this rubber!!

Lastly, using this away from the table is a 9 out of 10 in my book. Flies forward and I can have just enough spin with my RPB stroke to add pressure (I like the traditional backhand more as a penholder though)

I feel like if you want more spin, go for Bryce or Bryce Speed. If you want that Punching and Blocking game, you're in the right place <3

one thing that I noticed when i 1st time try this rubber sheet, it's have a lower throw angle than tenergy 80. Most of my shot goes straight to net again and again. For those who are familiar with tenergy family rubber will feel regret spending money on bhs. Anyway you need more time to get used this rubber.
