Good for defensive style. But the inner wood is very soft and is very easy to be distort. I put my fingernail softly on that wood layer and it just get damaged like that.

Its a great combination blade . FH: OFF- and BH: DEF+ . My BH long pips returns fall onto the table with good amount of spin reversal . At the same time, FH side is fast and helps in great loops . Very light 68g . Straight handle is good for twiddling . Must seal the blade as frequent changes may cause splinter . Slightly oversize than my previous blade Yinhe T11+ .
Astoundingly good blade for long pimps in Ox on the slow Def side which I've given a 4 for speed but if you drive with the pimps think 8! I'm using Joola Octopus. It can play every shot including hard attack and if your opponent hammers one at you just pops it back on the table with no effort! Amazing! Let the blade do the work for you! I have Tenergy 05fx on the Offensive side which again for speed would be 8. Match made in heaven! A real loop monster! This blade is so cheap it has to be worth a punt!
excellent blade I use long pips ox dawei d1 and short pips spinpips red max, better close to the table, speed 6 FH 3 BH
I have been using this blade for about 7 months, use sriver G2 FX 2.1 mm on both sides. I like the very light feel, and its a great for all rounders.
Have this model. Lovely balanced blade. I also own the hallmark combination blade, which I seem to prefer. The aurora is a little over sized, I think I prefer normal sized blades as I find sweet spot easy enough. However can see it being a very nice blade in the right hands. Plays well with pips/normal rev. As a def strategy maybe.
Very good combi blade. Makes the def work good and on the same time you can attack with good effort and speed.

Good combi blade, stif, hard, light, def. on BH, all on FH. Great for close to table blocking game with LP, medium angle trajectory. Down side is poor final finish of blade, after few times gluening off ruber you will have splinter surface, handle is made from some low cost wood and you must be very careful not to hit balsa because it splinter easily.
Long pips are great on BH-side, which is slow and offers a lot of control, even for faster long pips. FH-side is faster with some balsa-effect. Blade is stiff, so you better use a soft, spinny and speedy FH rubber to create dangerous topspin attacks.
Im using it with Sriver EL 2.1mm in Off side, and Raystorm 2.1mm Def side.
Its not as slow as I thought, but it has a great control and its feather weight makes it very easy to handle.
