Rhyzm-P and Maxxx-P review:
I have used several versions of Rhyzms and Maxxx's in the past and all I can say these 2 are unlike any other rubbers that I have tried. I used an Ebenholz 5 blade and Avenger 5 on both rubbers as test blades.

Weight: 65 grams uncut (approx.)
Hardness: 42.5 degrees
As I opened the 2 rubbers I was in for a surprise of my life. I was expecting the usual different sponge topsheet combination but Joola has made a different design on these 2 rubbers in a very simple but elegant to look at. Large enough logos and names are very nice to look at. The topsheets of the 2 rubbers seem a little different from their predecessors in which the rubbers have a different texture and there is this increased quality that I have noticed. The sponge of the Rhyzm-P is different from the old Rhyzms because it is more porous. Also that the previous Rhyzms are in white and this is in orange. Maxxx-P is the opposite, the Maxxx 500 sponge sample that I have has a larger pore compared the Maxxx-P.
I have used the Joola 3 star celluloid ball and the DHS 40+ polyball for testing both rubbers and here are my thoughts:
Speed:
Rhyzm-P is faster than Maxxx-P by several notches. During drives and counterhitting, The speed of the Rhyzm-P is really evident when hitting through the sponge. I think Rhyzm-P is almost or in the same level of speed compared with the original Rhyzm but with a softer feel. The Maxxx-P felt faster noticeably than the previous Maxxx 450. I dunno if the cause is the topsheet but both Rhyzm-P and Maxxx-P felt harder than 45 and 42.5 degrees respectively. When I used the DHS 40+ ball on both rubbers, both have low trajectory with Rhyzm as having the lower one. I would categorize their throw as Maxxx-P low to medium throw and Rhyzm-P as low throw. Middle distance, both rubbers are good and no decrease in speed in power has been observed but far from the table the Rhyzm-P really stands out. Rhyzm has this sharp trajectory upon hitting the ball with flat hits or spin drives. Maxxx-P has an arching effect.
Spin:
Both Maxxx-P and Rhyzm-P are a notch above their previous versions. For the celluloid balls, the Maxxx-P is like a combined Maxxx 450 and 500 in spin generation. I really find the Maxxx 500 spinny in terms of looping like using a chinese rubber which is more on a brushing stroke against the ball while the Maxxx 450 is also spinny but you need to hit more through the sponge and use the sponge more also to produce spin. Both of these properties by 2 different rubbers can be found in Maxxx-P. The Rhyzm-P is not far behind in terms of spin compared to Maxxx. I thought this was just another fast rubber with more emphasis on speed and less on spin blah, blah but I was wrong and was quite surprised. This version of the Rhyzm is very spinny. The previous rhyzms are spinny but not in the level of the P version. This one seems easier to produce spin also. What made me shun away from the previous Rhyzm versions is that the 48 degree version was too fast and the others were not too spinny. I think people who love the Rhyzm 48 will love the Rhyzm-P more simply because it is spinnier, easier to produce spin and more forgiving when looping. Same goes with the Maxxx-P.
Now the question is, were they still good in spin with the DHS 40+ ball? YES! and it is a BIG YES! I tested a lot of spinny loops on all contact points and timings on the table and all I can say is that both rubbers have a very good potential in spinning the polyball. I was wondering though even if they are very spinny both arcs of the Maxxx-P and Rhyzm-P still remained low to medium only. Although my loops were spinnier when I used the Joola 3 star celluloid ball, with the DHS 40+ there are still lots of spin left but only by a very small fraction. I could still feel the difference and even the student of mine who was blocking against my loop. At least there wasn't a large loss of spin when using a polyball. The Rhyzm-P was stronger when taking the ball on the rise and peak while Maxxx-P was better when looping the ball peak and late contact. When compared to the Evolution series, I think both rubbers have more or less equal spin.

serves: more or less equal in spin
pushes: Maxxx-P
So for both rubbers I give them a 2 thumbs up I am verryyyyyy impressed! Although I love the Maxxx-P more, I was more surprised and impressed with the Rhyzm-P because it felt more balanced in terms of offensive capabilities at the same time being forgiving. I guess Joola has produced their own versions of rubbers that are polyball ready. I recommend the Rhyzm-P if you hit middle to far distance from the table and Maxxx-P is you still want to spin a lot when using the new polyball. I am also expecting this to be very durable. The previous Maxxx and Rhyzm versions lasts very long and a lot of people appreciates their durability especially the Rhyzm series.

I read the reviews about this rubber about 3 months ago and I had to try it. OUTSTANDING! I wish I had found this rubber before I bought countless others. The speed and spin and most of all the control for this rubber is the best I have ever seen or that I have ever played with. So if you are wondering about this rubber buy it and I promise to you, you going to love it. When the power players try to slam and I block with it or chop with it, it returns the ball so precise to counter what they do. I can only say again just try it.
Very good for backhand and very very durable. I use it with T05 (FH) on Joola Rossi Emotion blade. Very very happy
Excellent rubber. Highly durable has speed glue effect and great click every time you spin and the whole effect seems to last for good few weeks and still no sign of wear. I found some newer rubbers has durability issues and cost way more. Rhyzm-p is much better and does a better job in its class. I think the previous generation rubbers were more focus on performance and durability , these days very hard to find one, so I try to use classic rubbers and the poly ball does not makes no difference . For example tenergy is still one of the best and it was released many years ago.
I love this rubber! Very good control with enough speed and very good spin. I use it on a Joola Nobilis PBO-C and Aruna Off on both FH/BH and I'm very happy with this set-ups!
Very good rubber. Very good price. The only problem is that it dosent last to much but with a off blade it combines perfectly creativo a balance bettwen speed, sin and control.
Good rubber for backhand..it can grab the plastic ball very well..ok control..spin speed is ok but not too fast..grippy top sheet..it has medium throw angle which is good for flick on medium high throw blade..reactive to incoming spin becareful..counterblocking is quite hard due to its spin sensitivity

Really surprised used this rubber. kind of more power but still have exactly good control. Spin is relatively high, Precision & accurate, look like just follow your mind where you want to drive and drop the ball
Excellent rubber with outstanding speed ,spin and control. It is very suitable in short range rally both in rpb or in push , and also this rubber give me a really good feel in touching the ball and can more easier control the ball and i think this rubber really match in my eternity vps v. Very recommended to people that like to counter topspin with high control
Joola Rhyzm-P is perfect and not only for plastic balls. I use it on forehand, tried it on 3 blades and it is best on carbon blades. Great amount of spin in loops and serves, , good feeling in short game, blocking is very easy, everything is good. It may be my technique but the spin in my loops is enormous, more spin than with other rubbers like tenergy 80, yasaka mark V or dhs hurricane 3 neo....I am excited about this rubber.
I use this rubber on my backhand, paired with a Joola Aruna off+ blade. I use the Maxxx-P rubber on my forehand, so I'm familiar with both. The Rhyzm-P is a faster rubber than the Maxxx-P, with a lower throw angle. It gives good spin with both slow and fast shots. It is especially good when attacking the ball, or looping from 2 meters or more from the table. However even though it is a fast rubber, it still has good touch close to the table.
This is my 3rd sheet of Joola Rhyzm P. Very good BH rubber on both carbon & allwood blades. Control is awesome with good spin n speed. Easy to blocks fast n spinny ball from the opponent. Worth to try!
Decent speed, but gives good spin and very good control. Perfect backhand rubber, compatible with many blades. Well suited for modern table tennis.
Using Black(FH) on DHS 301 blade.Great FH rubber,low throw,can hit loop drives on backspin.Loops have low arc,decent spin.Insensitive to incoming spin.This rubber is perfect for fast blades
For me a very good bh rubber (rph). Control very good. Easy to block. Doesnt feel like a medium rubber. I can make Bh counter attack from mid distance. I really like it... Hopefully it will not replace from rhyzer 45 Pro, which I dun like it.
I am not picky on rubbers but want to say Rhyzm-P is a great rubber. It can produce high speed,strong spin and very good control. Also, it is very durable. So, I recommended this rubber to a couple of my friends and at least one of them tried it and gave me a very positive feedback.
I'm using Rhyzm P to my Stiga Carbonado 245 blade put in BH side and it's amazing, this rubber is outstanding for stiff- fast blades like Stiga C 245. It has lots of spins and control, speed like a bullet fired from a machine gun. I stick Andro R 47 to the FH side, these are a matching pairs for lethal weapon, please try it.
What a brilliant backhand rubber! for my playing style ( lots of punches, blocks and the occasional heavily spinning loop) this is perfect; previously, i was using tenergy 25 on my Bh which was great until it started getting too worn so attacking backspin was getting more and more difficult. Not willing to play 50 for another i decided to try this rubber. Straight away i felt the increase in power and spin and grip on the rubber, not only was it faster and produced more spin, but it was a lot lighter than the 25 which had thick pimples. However, being used to the more deadened 25, a few shots were going long. as of this i wouldn't recommend this rubber for anyone who isn't at a strong level (technically strong) as it may be too fast for them. It is a tad bouncy if you are trying to do short shots but you should get used to this. like i said i would recommend a slower rubber like sriver if you are relatively new to the sport :) I hope you like this rubber as much as i do, it may not be for everyone.
I used to use this in Butterfly Amultart blade, now I'm using it to my Xiom Hayabusa ZX blade 95g put in FH and it's perfect, this rubber is perfect for fast blades. It has lots of spins and control. Highly recommended to all types of player out there... Update: this rubber shrink a lot...
I play BH on very old Mazunov. I am in love with this rubber. It has so much control, balanced speed, it could be a bit more spinner. I had tenergy 05 before and It was pretty poor combination, I put this rubber instead and it is a whole new world!
This rubber incorporates the modern attacking game with many loop variations. Works well with stiff and elastic blades. It has a softer sponge, so counterspins have to be timed well. To be honest this is a fine, but not an outstanding modern rubber that goes well with the modern plastic and the old celluloid balls. One thing is outstanding, the control of the rubber. In modern competitive play, this rubber is mostly for the BH.
It is very difficult to control the incoming balls with high rotation. speed and rotation are very good. This rubber is for professional players. need to get used to.
nicknamed "the rubber from the heavens". a choice rubber indeed. i knew a legend, he chose this rubber along with DHS POWER.G PG7 blade. It was a monstrous set up he had. his chops triggered hurricanes and storms,his serves made the earth rotate because of the intense spin, and his topspins,loops, and attacks triggered widespread calamity that took thousands of human life. If you want to be a god, go buy this rubber stick it with DHS power.G pg7 and start causing some real calamity, with this rubber, you will be unstoppable, even ma long will bow his head in shame after witnessing this rubber's capabilities, but this rubber's potential will not be unlocked, unless you stick it with a DHS POWER.G PG7 blade. Oh what a monstrous rubber indeed!
