Put this on a Chinese carbon blade (XNT Shark) for the forehand. Turns out it's better on my backhand: great results from smallish motions backhand, harder to control bigger forehand swings (for me at least). Mediocre at service (too lively to impart much spin, for this reason I wouldn't run this on both sides), great at lobbing, good at chopping (from a nonchopper's viewpoint at least), great at managing spin in general, not great at short pushes (just too much power, though I'm sure you could adjust).

Have tested Sinus Sound Max. on Donic WSUC blade (water glue). Well, overall very good rubber, very linear as tensor - ball will never pop-up high without occasion especially on BH, THE BEST FEELING - You can barely feel when the ball bites, good control, good spin. Yes, it's very linear - I can even chop without problems using it on a carbon blade. Ball's flying trajectory is low, but not too low and feels very natural.
One of the most important characteristics - lifting a topspin, and Sinus Sound is pretty amazing in that area, has a strong bite and good dwell time to do that, easy both on FH and BH.
But one cons. As I've encountered, many of Tibhar rubbers shines the first 5-7 hours of play. As well as Sinus Sound. When You unpack it and glue to a blade, it feels PERFECT - very loud click noise on topsin and sometimes just insane spin. But all it's gone after some hours. So it's some dissapointment. But the strong bite remains after a 1.5 month, training 3 times a week for 2-3 hours each time.
In conclusion - very pleasant to play rubber. Some would say it is soft, but I don't feel this softness when glued on Donic WSUC. It is not mushy at all.
I'm a little bit advanced player, mixed European/Chinese style, shakehand grip, strong BH topspin and strong flat punch-block, strong FH topspin and strong flat hitting.
So despite Sinus Sound is Rated as very soft, in fact it has enough power to make a BH loop-kill.

A magical rubber, since its hardness is soft to the extent of making you feel almost zero resistance when you press the rubber, but also produces higher-than-average speed and outstanding spin, which seems to be something illogical that somehow Tibhar has achieved. But beware! At 2.0mm a normal player like me can cause the ball to penetrate this rubber easily, rendering too much bounce of the blade and thus a higher-than-desired arc of the shot; this effect is perceivable even in pushes. But goes quite well with the backhand of my sister whose power are slim. Now I'm tempted to try a max version.
Playing max. both sides. on Clipper wood oversize - total control, forgive slow legs, any additiopnal efforts while playing far from the table, serves spinny and easy to place - for me it is perfect setup
The rubber gives a very loud clicking sound, which I like a lot. It is speedy enough to finish the game.
Great rubber,Ive been playing for year with fast blade soft rubbers combo,back in a day used to speed glue all the time so joola samba and mambo was my best friend.Now with new regulation, i was searching for right rubber for my game,tenergy 05 was way too hard for me 05 fx was OK ,but price still way too high for rubber.So I tried Donic big slam ,great rubber but last only like q 2-3 weeks when u play 3 times or re a week,Sinus is a perfect rubber with almost no trow angle,reminds me old era of speed glue with great sound and lots of feeling,but bewere if u swithing from tenergy or other tensor rubber ,this one has no trows so it feels in first that all balls falls to net.You have to practice and adjust your game at least for 2 weeks after that is perfect ,great from mid distance counterlooping ,ponch block are almost perfect with this ,Im using them both sides on my Viscaria and I think its perfect combo
This rubber is very consisstent. It gives a loud noise when you hit the ball and seems to me to have very high spin qualities. It is not unlike the Tenergy series-not T05 but the harder ones. It is foremostly a looping rubber a top spin to topspiin rubber tailored and tuned to fit the ban and its aftershock. I find it far easier to control than Stiga Carbo which is fast veeeeeeeeeeeeery fast-this will give you a little more time on the ball. Add to that is its consitency and you have a very good attacking rubber-high spin-above average speed and great control.

After playing 2 years with Nimbus Soft on my FH, my oldest son "borrowed" my red 2.0 Nimbus Soft, so I got tempted by the Sinus Sound by reading some reviews. What a rubber, it is the Numbus Soft, but with improved speed spin and control. The produced sound is sometimes very strange. It is also very forgiving for small mistakes.
Since I have better results with the Sinus Sound, I've decide to keep it.

Definitely definitely loud when looping, counter-looping,flat hitting and blocking! amazing spin and speed! good for chopping too! has better catapult than T05. The sponge is soft 35degree and the topsheet is clear and grippy. It has medium low throw angle which is good. Has amazing speedglue effect no need for tuners or boosters. When glued with Bty Free Chack somehow it domes a little. I've played with this sheet red 2.0 over 2 months+ and plays like new! Better than Genius Sound and Nimbus Sound

It is great at looping at a distance from table and also at powerfull low topspin for the table.
You have to hit very hard to get the ball in from the table because of the high-throw angle, but the sound is great when you smash it like that.

Very good rubber! I've play with a lot of rubbers over the years, but I never had the feeling, the control and the speed as I have with this one. It gives me a lot of confidence at the serve and the servicereturn, looping backspin is very easy, smashing is a joy and you don't want to stop counterlooping, because of the great feel and sound.
With this rubber it's a shame you've made the point, because the rally should be as long as ever!

This rubber is very soft with low throw,slower then sinus alpha but not much,maybe 5%,but spin and control is better and it is more durable then sinus or nimbus.
Goes great with stiffer and faster blade because the softnes.
