Very interesting Rubber, I play it on my backhand. It's a little bit tacky. Really great in blocking. A lot of spin is possible. Looping is very easy but a little bit slow.
I had a quick hit with my friend's bat, he had this rubber on his forehand. He's a very defensive player, relying on chops and spin to win. He played well with it, but from an attacking point of view I found it dead and hard to loop with. It is for defensive players only, so I'm not going to give it an overall score. It was not suited to my style of play.
EDIT: Had another hit with it and it's great for chopping and defence, and also not bad too for blocking and looping. I still don't love it, but it's a good rubber in it's own right.

Lovely rubber for back-hand to have good control for blocking & cuts near the net. Also you can attack whenever you want to. Also you can hit flat on forehand. The best control rubber for all round player.
Nice average defensive rubber, very consistent! Fast attacking players will be very disappointed with this rubber.
Good rubber but now realy hard to find!!!!Speed is ok,Spin is monsterrr!Good all-Round rubber from butterfly, better than mark v and sriver.
The butterfly tackiness Drive is a nice rubber, its has great control but it is not real tacky what the name might makes you think. It is a grippy and firm sponge.
It is not a really fast rubber, in fat it missed some in my opinion and the spin is ok but there are much better rubbers for spinning out on the market. Hitting is ok but it lacks some power.
It is an overall nice rubber for a BH and for people who like to control the game like allrounders our defenders, certainly not a rubber for attackers!

I have no idea what the excitement is all about. at best, it's average. it's not cheap, it's not fast, not (overly) spinny, and not great control.
try a Stiga Magna instead. it's got the speed and spin that the Tackifire wishes it has.

Bty Tackifire Drive is a primarily rubber for chopping players. It is for defensive choppers who like to vary their shots with chops and some loops. It can do both pretty well, so many choppers like this rubber.
It has a low throw angle, but can create lots of spin, which makes it a good chopping rubber. It is pretty durable, and definitely meets up to Butterfly standards.
The rubber is pretty slow also, so it takes a considerable amount of control of your hand to get good with it. Only advanced choppers should be using it.
Its very durable, very good quality, as usual with all BTY rubbers.
I suggest this rubber for any players who like to chop and loop!

Oh Man! Sorry, but didn´t like this Tackifire series. This is an allround rubber, but doesn´t stand out in any sense. It´s medium sponge, controllable, grippy, rather slow and durable., but lacks of power when smashing and other attacking purposes. Will combine fine on the Backhand, don’t try out with glue. I think it´s discountinued so hardly will find in some stores at a sale price. Perhaps deserves a try if you can get it as a bargain or sale for a quality beginner rubber.
Overall an excellent rubber for all around play. Tackiness goes away, but after a good while - I've had this for 2 yrs +. Even after tackiness wears away, it still proves to be very effective. Price is prohibitively high for recreational players. You pay for the quality.
I had a sheet of red in 2.1 sponge and did not speed glue. Frankly this was a good rubber, but at the price it was nothing special. It was no better than a number of rubbers I have used. It was ok to good for looping, serving and short game. I probably had too high of expectations, but it did not impress me.
